These terms cover the use of the service by a business and by the customers who hold its cards.
We host the card programs, the join page, the scanner and the wallet passes. The business decides what a card is worth and what a reward costs.
A business account is opened by an owner, who may invite managers and staff. Each person is responsible for their own credentials and staff PIN.
Cards may not be used to collect data unrelated to the loyalty program, and messages may only be sent to customers who consented on the join page.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Going over a plan limit stops new cards being issued; it never stops existing cards from being scanned.
A business can cancel at any time and export its customers and ledger as CSV before the account closes.
